AIRPORT TRANSFERS
For participants arriving at Ercan Airport:
Please let us know the time you are arriving at Ercan Airport so that we can organize a shuttle bus . Shuttle transfers from the airport to the hotel cost 15 Euros per person cafergot. There are also public buses from the airport to Kyrenia departing every 4 or 5 hours but the conference hotel is located about 10 km outside Kyrenia, so on arrival in Kyrenia you will need to take a taxi to the hotel cialis soft. Thus, it may be a good idea to reserve with us for transfers to the hotel on arrival . Another option might be taking a direct taxi to the hotel, which will cost around 55 Euros in the day time and around 75 Euros in the night time (after 22:00 hrs).
For participants arriving at Larnaca Airport:
If you intend to come through Larnaca Airport, please contact us as we need to make arrangements for your transfer through the check point between South and North Cyprus. Private transfers from Larnaca Airport to the hotel cost approximately 100 Euros. You will need to check for visa requirements as Larnaca Airport is located in the South (Greek part) of Cyprus.
In order to arrange your transfer with us, please provide the following information not later than 15th of April.
- Full name - Any other names for accompanying person/s
- Arrival date and time
- Airline Company
- Flight number
